Mentorship Activity
What you'll do as a mentor
Scoping
Understand the participant's use case and try to reduce complexity so it can realistically be implemented within a few hours.
Tooling
Mention or demonstrate tools that are suitable for their use case.
Motivation
Reassure participants that this is a judgment-free space and encourage them to get hands-on. None of us knows exactly how we'll be working in a year - we need to figure it out together.
