Moderation happens in English. All mentors speak English, some also speak German. Not all participants will speak German, so English is the default language.

Unfortunately, the venue does not provide accessibility for disabled, injured, or senior attendees. Please reach out to us if you have specific needs and we will do our best to help.

Yes. For workshop participants, we serve lunch at the beginning of the event. Drinks are provided throughout the day as well.

The workshop is intentionally small -- around 15-20 participants -- to ensure meaningful mentorship and hands-on collaboration.

Between Monday 09 and Thursday 12 March, we schedule a single 30-minute call with each participant. We want to understand which processes you'd like to work on so we can group you with relevant peers and mentors on the day.

Just come with a real workflow or process from your daily work that you'd like to improve with AI. That's the starting point for the workshop. We handle the rest.
